“I was really impressed by this (boot) camp!  I've never participated in a program like this before.  I was very challenged and it was amazing to see the difference in strength and endurance in just one month.  I really liked that Katie took time to teach correct form and technique.  The camp is only one hour long and the results are pretty immediate!  It is a great workout!  Katie was great at encouraging everyone to push themselves but at the same time realizes everyone has their own limitations.  At times Katie would offer modifications if an exercise were too difficult.  I was skeptical that a trainer could keep the group moving with fun and varied activities for an hour without having to take a lot of time for direction and set-up.  Katie was extremely organized and had a plan for each and every class.  The class ALWAYS lasted exactly an hour and was moving the whole time.  I was completely impressed by Katie's level of knowledge and the variety of activities and exercises that she offered.  No two days were the same and that was one of the reasons the class was so great! I am really impressed by the depth and breadth of knowledge that Katie possesses.”  -- Ali K.
