I need to turn my flabby body into a fit body and I have a lot of weight to lose...is this camp right for me?
Yes! SOLIS FITNESS specalizes in fat loss - for those who need to lose anywhere from 10 to 100 lbs! The Strong Body Boot Camp can be very intense but welcomes all fitness levels. This boot camp is a great jumpstart to any fitness program.
I'm in the best shape of my life...is this camp right for me?
Yes! It may sound hard to believe, but each workout will be adapted to your fitness level. Katie offers modifications for both beginner and advanced members and you are sure to get a great workout.
Will I hold anyone up or get left behind?
No! We all work together and NOBODY gets left behind at The Strong Body Boot Camp.
What do I need to bring?
I recommend athletic sneakers and a bottle of water.
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can begin in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. Some campers lose 5 or more inches in their first camp. Remember, everyone is different! Your nutrition is also very important! It is possible to out-eat any fitness program, so make sure to watch what you eat. Nutritional advice will be given to anyone who needs help.
What is a typical morning at The Strong Body Boot Camp like?
Every day at boot camp is different! However, each session starts promptly at 6:45am with a 5-10 minute dynamic warm up including various exercises and stretches. A dynamic warm up is meant to take the muscles and joints through their normal range of motion, actively stretching the muscles. After the warm up, our session may include cardio and strength intervals designed to rev up your metabolism and burn maximum calories! We use kettlebells, exercise through obstacle courses, relay races, and play other fitness games with the group. You may forget how hard you're working when focusing on teamwork and having fun with other campers! Past members of the SOLIS FITNESS Strong Body Boot Camp have burned up to 900 calories by the end of the session. Our metabolism boosting workouts help melt fat and allow you to continue to burn more calories while reading, watching TV and sleeping. Each session closes with a cool down and total body stretches.
